San Fransico

Leaving Los Angeles, I had to make a quick stop for the obligatory Hollywood sign photo.

It was too cold and dreary to travel the coast, so I took the 101 towards San Francisco. It was a very windy day, which was a bit tiring. On the second stretch, I took Skyline Blvd, which is beautiful, and the amazing Vista views. I highly suggest traveling the road if you're in the area. Though I couldn't get a picture, I came around a bend on my way up to the road to see a six-point buck having its morning breakfast. His antlers were still fuzzy. It was an amazing scene.

I spent two days in San Francisco meeting with folks from the American Legion Post 448, the only post whose members are predominantly LGBTQIA+. Lilly and Devon were such amazing hosts (I kidnapped them and had them show me a bit of the city after taking over one of their apartments lol)

I made it to Oregon yesterday to continue with interviews.
